At The Peptide Zone, all peptide formulations are produced under controlled laboratory conditions and handled with strict quality and safety standards.
Because our products are temperature-sensitivebiologically active, and must remain within a secure chain of custody, most items cannot be returned once shipped.

However, we understand that mistakes or issues may occur. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued and how to request support.


Refunds

We accept refund requests within 5 days of receiving your order, only for the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or compromised
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was incomplete or defective
  • A verified shipping or handling error occurred

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us.


Shipping Returns

Due to the nature of peptide products — including temperature control, sterility requirements, and laboratory integrity — we do not accept physical returns of shipped items.

If an issue occurs, please contact us before sending anything back.
Any unauthorized returns will be safely disposed of and no refund will be issued without prior approval.

If your product was damaged in transit, we may request:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Batch number and order number

This helps us investigate the incident and maintain quality control.
